One hour, one to one
How a private lesson works
A lesson runs for one hour at our own studio in Nerang. You book and pay online, and the studio address is sent to you as part of the booking. It is a private studio rather than a public venue, which is why the address is not published here.
A lesson is for one person or for a couple. There is nobody else in the room and nothing on a syllabus: you tell us what you want out of the hour and we spend it on that.
Choosing your instructor
You can book with Stephen or with Nikoletta. Both teach Cuban salsa, rueda de casino and authentic Dominican bachata, so it is a question of who you would rather learn from rather than of who teaches what.
Some people want to learn the lead and some the follow, and having a male and a female instructor available means you can be taught by whichever suits. If you have no preference, say so and we will sort it out. You can read about Stephen and Nikoletta first if it helps.
If you specifically want authentic Dominican bachata, a private lesson is the only way we teach it. It is not one of our weekly group classes.
