Nikoletta and Stephen both have a background teaching and performing for some of the most well known dance schools in Sydney, such as Buena Vista Dance and Tropical Soul, before moving to the Gold Coast and creating Cuban Soul.

Some of the below videos show Stephen and Nikoletta performing as part of the Buena Vista Dance rueda team (choreographed by "El Moro" Airagdin Pavon More) and the Tropical Soul rueda team (choreographed by Luis "Coco" Belleza).

More recently, Cuban Soul has created and performed original routines at some of Australia's biggest latin festivals, including the Byron Latin Fiesta and the Australian Cuban Dance Festival.
